Produced in collaboration with Murray Robertson, Master Printer at Glasgow Print Studios, from an inverted version of an ink drawing.

 

A response to tales of Otherworld journey from Celtic mythology and from personal experience. Also inspired by the work of Gustave Dore, William Blake, Austin Osman Spare, and the writings of HP Lovecraft, Algernon Blackwood, and Arthur Machen.

The music of Coil and Current 93, together with Norwegian black metal, had an impact on this group of works.
